North Town Yoga has at its heart the belief that yoga is relevant, functional, and life-enhancing. Whether you are seeking to lose weight, increase strength, cross-train, decrease stress, improve flexibility, enhance wellness, or balance out other types of athletic and fitness activities, the application of purposefully-designed yoga will help you achieve your goals.
As homeowners living in North Central Austin, we envision a yoga and fitness studio that serves the north-central neighborhoods, bringing together neighbors of all ages in a spirit of good health, shared experiences--and fun! We make sure that each class has a distinct character, so that each of our neighbors can find something that serves them in achieving their goals.
We are currently offering classes at the Mindful Body Center located at 1708 Houston Street (one block East of Burnet Road) as well as other locations.

We operate on a donation-based system. We encourage donations between $10-15 per class. Cash is preferred, but checks are accepted.
